Fab Freebie: Book Worms Rejoice

***This giveaway is now closed – see who won below!***

So many book-hungry people out there! This giveaway hit its 10,000 cap within 24 hours, so we’re already back with a winner. The lucky worm is… Melissa (who keeps her favorite books in a bedside cabinet, a living room end table, and on a special display shelf in the family room. She believes “all good book nerds have them in all parts of the house!”). Congrats Melissa!

Our book release is officially here! Woo hoo! And we’re celebrating by giving away books this week. But not just our book. Lots o’ books. In fact, some of them will even come signed by some pretty awesome people. Woot! We’ve been gobbling up so many design, decor, and home books lately that we thought it’d be fun to share some of our recent faves from our library. So in addition to a signed copy of our new book, you’ll also be getting copies of the following (marked with an asterisk when signed!):

  • PRIZE: Copies of all of the books shown above, including signatures from us, Gretchen Rubin, Abby Larson, the Novogratzes, and Ana White!
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “BOOK ME!” and tell us…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … what special place in your home do you keep your favorite books? Do they get a prime spot on your coffee table? Or do you have a large collection of faves that fill a bookcase somewhere? Maybe your top pick at the moment just lives cozily on your night table?
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, Nov 7th at 8pm EST or at 10,000 entries (whichever comes first)
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The United States (although we try to wrangle as many international giveaways as possible – more on that here)
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winner will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday for the announcement of our winner. Good luck…

Note: We aren’t paid or perked for hosting these giveaways, we just do ‘em to thank you awesome folks for stopping in. See our Giveaway FAQ page for more info.

BOOK ME!!! I have books all over the house. Some by the door to grab on the way out. Some at my desk. A few on the coffee table. A couple by my bed. Lots in the kitchen as well.

    BOOK ME!
Our favorite books are near our desk, while the rest hide in boxes awaiting my shelves!
    This is a super giveaway!

Book me! I would love to keep my books on the coffee table but my 2 year old would rip them apart! But we have 3 bookshelves that I love putting ‘coffee table books’ on and showing them off!

  4. Deborah says

Book me…I have too many books and not enough places to store them. I have my favorites on 2 different book cases. Whatever I’m reading is usually in my hands or in my purse.

  5. Tracy says

    Book Me!

Being a librarian, I have a huge love of books, but also a huge passion for the mission of libraries, so I get most of my books there and don’t own as many as you would think. However, my small collection does fill a bookshelf in my bedroom. Cookbooks in an end table for evening browsing. Can’t wait to read your book!

  6. Andrea S says

    BOOK ME!

Most of our books fill a little built in bookcase in our hallway. We kept several of our favorites out on the coffee table until our little girl discovered her love for books. Now our coffee table is filled with “Llama Llama” books!

  7. CC says

    Book me!

We have a set of leaning bookshelves in our living room where we display our favorite reads & knick knacks.

  8. Annaliza R says

    “BOOK ME!”

I honestly don’t have a place for my favorite books. BUT if I win this giveaway these bad boys are going to be on display in the living room!

  9. Carrie says

    Book Me!

I’ve got an ever-growing pile of books on my nightstand. I also have a 3 month old. It’ll be a while till I work through those, but I’m always looking for new good books to add to the pile!

    BOOK ME!

My husband and I are both completely obsessive book worms. We have books in every room of our home except the bathroom. It’s actually kind of a big decorating problem. We have books in a small bookcase in the living room, above the sink in the kitchen, in the office and on an entire hugely long wall in the bedroom. And on our nightstands. And on the end table next to the sofa. And in the car in case we get stranded somewhere. And two in my purse in case I finish out while I’m out. Yeah.

So five or six more won’t get in the way :-)
