So many book-hungry people out there! This giveaway hit its 10,000 cap within 24 hours, so we’re already back with a winner. Our book release is officially here! Woo hoo! And we’re celebrating by giving away books this week. But not just our book. Lots o’ books. In fact, some of them will even come signed by some pretty awesome people. Woot! We’ve been gobbling up so many design, decor, and home books lately that we thought it’d be fun to share some of our recent faves from our library. I have books all over my house, and even though I really don’t like to have them oozing out of their bookcases too much, I usually have a pile next to my bed.
BOOK ME!
Like you fine folk, I often just arrange them around the house. Credenzas, desks, end tables and so on. It’s kinda like displaying art with the visual interest of them & all that jazz.
Book me! I can’t wait to move into my new house and stock my built in bookshelves!
BOOK ME! I keep my favorite/most recent books on my coffee table (your book is there!) and others are scattered throughout the house. I love using books as part of vignettes.
BOOK ME! I place my favorite books on the living room bookshelf so everyone can see them and enjoy!
BOOK ME! I have all of my previous reads on a bookshelf in my office, but my current reads, and some I don’t want to send away, live on my night stand.
BOOK ME! I usually have 2-3 books in rotation at a time, the fiction goes on the bedside table and the lesser fave or non-fiction goes in the living room.
Book me! Mine are currently on my bedside table. The only book there right now is “Young House Love 243 Ways to Paint, Craft, Update & Show Your Home Some Love” :-)

Book me! I hope someday to have an amazing home library. But for now, all of my classic collections are tucked away into a little bookshelf. And I leave all my favorites about the house, a few on the kitchen island, a vignette of books on my nightstand, a few on a shelf above my desk, and a stack on the coffee table-it’s fun to be able to flip through something, no matter where in the house I am.

Most of our books are the first thing that you see when you come in through the front door. We have a giant bookcase in the front room….
My most treasured books are on my nightstand shelf…it’s pretty full right now.
Ohh Book Me! Our books are scattered throughout various bookshelves, and some still stored away in boxes for lack of bookshelf space!
BOOK ME! I love to read and am all for passing around and sharing the vast majority of my books, but my very favorite books live in a closet in our office, safely kept for my husband and me. Your book, as well as all the books in this generous giveaway, will be safely tucked away too.

I usually keep the book I’m reading on my night stand next to the bed…otherwise we house a lot of our books in our built-ins in the livingroom.

We keep books piled on one main book shelf in our bedroom. Occasionally we will have to weed out those we won’t ever read again but we each have those we will keep forever. Our daughter’s (2 1/2 yrs) books however, are everywhere!

BOOK ME! :) I have two big bookcases that hold my books. And then of course the ones that don’t fit there are lined up across the top of my desk and my dressers… The favorites get stacked in the cubby next to my bed.
BOOK ME! My books are EVERYWHERE! I have a special spot in every room – ever since I was a kid I have devoured books of all types! In my room, there is a bookshelf next to our bed; the living room has a bin of books for the kiddos’ favorites, a bucket of books on a bookshelf, and a few with pretty covers stacked for decorating. I have books in every room of the house! My favorites of the day usually don’t have a permanent “home” while they’re the fave because they usually are not far from wherever I’m at! :)
BOOK ME! My favorite books get put on my night table with copies purchased on my Ipad… Once the pile gets too big they got on the bookshelf….
