I think one of the reasons that I like you both so much (despite your wicked sense of style, witty sense of humor, and creative, achievable projects) is that you don’t make giveaways so dang complicated. Oh man, oh man! Fingers and toes crossed for this one…we just bought a house, and all of the paperwork said it was built in 1940. Only thing is, it was ACTUALLY built around the turn of the century! That was a shock, and we have ZERO tools to work on it with!
