I’m hoping to do some room painting this fall/winter … we moved into this house in April 2010 and I’ve managed to paint ONE room. We have done lots of other stuff, but it has eaten up our remodeling budget (sealed the crawl space, fixed chimney bricks, cleaned gutters, treated infected ash trees). I’m hoping those costs will continue to slow down so I can paint paint paint!

We just bought our first home at the beginning of the summer and we are slowly, but surely, updating the whole thing! Our big project for the Fall will be the living room (painting walls, adding window treatments, possibly getting some new furniture) and in the winter we will hopefully get to start on the kitchen!
