Summer improvement for this teacher was tidying and organizing every.last.closet and the basement in the Colorado house we have gutted and remodeled over the last five years. With luck, the last bedroom with 1970’s wallpaper will get a re-do before school starts!

Future Projects: We are anxious to install a rain barrel and composting system in our backyard. Compost=awesome fertilizer for the raised vegetable beds we want to install in the Spring.

I want to redo our master bedroom. Actually, just do SOMETHING to it! We bought this house over 1 1/2 years ago and have done nothing to that room except move our furniture in, and hang a little frame that says “Love”. I hardly call that doing anything though! Can’t wait to have a nice little master room someday, hopefully soon!

Talk to me! We are going to keep trucking at retexturing the walls of our house. I am hoping we can finish the living areas this fall, and move into the bedrooms in the winter months. Once the walls are officially done, we’ll finally be able to deck them out.
