We are DIY junkies and according my brother have a serious “bad” habit. This fall we are planning on expanding our patio and doing rock on side yard with a pathway, we will be tiling our guest bathroom to match our master (that we just finished) and painting the hallway/stairwell for a fresh look/feel.

So….what’s on my project list for fall you ask? Oh, just my WHOLE ENTIRE HOUSE. We’re finally starting our long awaited project in late Sept/early Oct that will include a new kitchen, new bath and an addition with a Master Suite, Family Room and Dining Room. We’ve been planning/saving for 4 years so I am beyond excited to start!

I’m really hoping we’ll finally get our brick veneer back on the house. We’ve pulled it off about 3 (!) years ago while upgrading the insulation after we bought our fixer-upper, and since then the bricks have been stacked in the yard, while the house is sporting Tyvek housewrap. Yes, we’re one of those neighbors…sigh. The inside is almost done, and the money has been saved up, so let’s cross our fingers for speedy masonry.
