TALK TO ME! My Fall project is to finish landscaping our house. We started in June from scratch and after 2 weeks got the rocks for drainage and the beds made (190 ft)!! and put in a ton of shrubs. I bought big since I wanted it to look established without realizing how big the holes to plant 10-20 gal. shrubs would be. Our ground was like concrete, so we planted what was bought but decided to wait till cooler weather to add more.

We have a small storage shed that we need to put together in our backyard, to hold the lawnmower, gardening tools, etc and free up some space in our garage. Also, cleaning out our garage would be something to do as well. And thanks to a post that you and John did, we also need to replace some of our wooden fencing in our backyard that a storm blew apart back in April. However, since we are in Georgia, and have been having 100+ degree days, we are waiting until it cools down.

We’re changing out all of the hardware on our doors, redoing the questionable plumbing under our kitchen sink,updating our bedroom linens (they sadly experienced the puppy and haven’t been able to bounce back), filling in our mailbox slot in our front door (it’s SUPER drafty and creepy when the mailman looks in) and we are painting the backs of our built-ins.
