My bedroom is a disaster. We moved in at the beginning of May and all we have in there is a dresser, small bookshelf and a mattress set (not even a bed!). We’re planning a fairly major over-hall (for a rental). New paint, window treatments, and some nice furniture purchases.

For fall and winter – we are working on the second and third phases of our backyard improvement program, including (but perhaps not limited to):
– build a privacy fence between our house and the neighbor on the north side
– complete the retaining wall and install the drainage pipes
– replace our 1965 windows
that is – assuming phase I is already comepleted….

We just bought our first home and are currently tackling the landscape and bare spots/weeds on our grass–ahhh, homeownership! We are also hoping to get the exterior of the house painted before the rain hits, and replacing the fence (as well as staining etc!) As for the interior, we want to add some glam to our place with some new mirrors, furnishings, bedding and accessories.. yep basically everything! : )
