Hi all! I would FINALLY love to tackle the back yard… (since the heat has been sweltering..) getting the patio like I want it.. fire pit.. fresh coat of paint on the furniture… water feature would be awesome but lets not get too crazy! All just in time to hibernate this winter and enjoy next spring!

Our big project this fall will be to re-do our upstairs bathroom. It’s part of an addition and was built with cheap parts. I’m thinking ceramic and glass tiles….yum.

Our fall/winter plans are to make our finished basement a man cave. Which really means some food cleaning and finding new homes for zone of our daughter’s toys. To do that, we are cleaning out her large bedroom and the semi-finished attic! We couldn’t do it in the summer months. It is too hot up there!

Well, our summer project *was* going to be refinishing the gorgeous wood doors leading to our bedroom & bathroom – but then the shower pan leaked, and then the bathroom had to be redone as a result, and now the electricity has gone out to 4 outlets… including the washer and dryer outlets, so… plans have changed. It would be nice to have a FUN project this summer – not an emergency one!!!
