This week’s pair of prizes (for a pair of winners, no less) come from two Etsy sellers who have a way with words. Namely, they turn the written word into stylish pieces for your home. The first of which, WordGarden, takes text and graphics to give simple pillows a chic European flair – from bicycles and birdcages to his and hers sets. And two of you will be scoring a pair of pillows in any size and any design.

The other half of this week’s prize comes from Everywhere We Look, who creates book page wreaths that could be right out of Anthropologie. And each of this week’s winners will get a large-sized wreath (i.e over 250 pages turned into a 21″ wreath) that’s custom made just for them.

    WORD ME!!!

    I love words. I love them so much I majored in literature. (TWICE!!!) I’m especially a sucker for prose that reads like poetry (I’m reading Cutting for Stone right now. Amazingly poetic and beautifully written!) And I love poetry that reads like prose. Ok, any poetry, really.

    I love well written blogs, too. There is this great little one I found called “Young House Love.” I just keep coming back! :)

    WORD ME!

    I typically find that all types of words inspire me. I listen intently to the lyrics of songs, I get fulfilled with the words of a great book or even magazine articles, I love to give and receive handwritten notes, and I have been known to make and purchase prints of my favorite sayings to decorate my home.

    I love the use of words in all ways, but I’m a sucker for a catchy t-shirt. My favorite t-shirt in high school read “labels are for jars”.

    I love funny t-shirts. My husband and I met and a resturant I worked out and he stood out to me because he always wore the funniest t-shirts. =) I am always smitten with a man who has a sense of humor.
