This week they’re inviting two of you to spend $200 in their Shoppe, a curated collection of independent artisans and makers who often weave hometown pride into their work. There’s tons of cheery, clever, and skillful stuff to discover, and you can browse by category or even by city. You know, if you wanna see just what your neighbors are making these days.

Mob me! Hmmm, I bought an awesome vase at a local shop but that was ages ago. I do buy donuts from Busken Bakery, which I believe is local to Cincinnati. I loooove going to the Farmer’s Markets in our area. There’s also a flower farm up the road — and it is just the best. They have a little somethin’ somethin’ year round (even if it’s just lush greens from) and the owners are wonderful people.

I just purchased a little getaway for my hubby and me in a cute little town in the northwoods. As soon as we get there, we’re going to open the envelope that contains one of the biggest and most wonderful secrets ever–the gender of our first baby! I’m jumping-out-of-my-skin excited!!! We’ve had the envelope for two weeks since the ultrasound and it is killing us as well as our students, families, and friends. So much love! :)

“MOB ME” I just went to our local mall and purchased several things with freebee coupons. Love using $10.00 Pennys coupons to buy things. I had saved over $120.00 this way. Then went to CVS and did the same thing and saved $40.00 there. Money coupons are great. No special purchase amount just spend their money. Love it! Now to decorate with the things I got.

I absolutely love love eating at our favorite local pasta joint. It’s a quaint, family owned restaurant with a total of 14 tables and bar seating where you can watch your yummy pasta dish being made. It’s our go-to spot for special occassions….or just to curb the average pasta craving.

There is an amazing little gallery two blocks from my office that carries all sorts of locally made stuff. Most recently I bought these awesome square shaped hoop earrings with hanging crystals.
