Fab Freebie: It’s The Tiny Things

***This giveaway is now closed – see who won below!***

Now that the Christmas countdown clock has ticked to 67 days left, how ’bout we announced who random.org selected for this prize? That lucky person is… Janaya McKeon (who is “crazy excited for my husband and I to share our very first Christmas together as a married couple, and dreading the inevitable weight gain that accompanies me.”) Congrats Janaya!

There are 70 days ’til Christmas, y’all. Yup. It just got real up in here. So if you’re looking to help keep the holiday hysteria at bay, we’ve got a great way to check one thing off your list: cards. Tiny Prints is gonna hook one of you up with $400 worth of cheer-spreading goodies, including $300 of their always-stylish holiday cards (on their new premium double thick matte paper, no less) and that other $100 will go towards custom address labels. That’s right. You’ll have the holidays so under control that even your return address will look styling. I’d say that’s one big “booyah” to the holiday craziness.

Tiny Prints Giveaway

  • PRIZE: $300 worth of Tiny Prints Holiday Cards on premium double thick matte paper plus $100 worth of custom address labels.
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “TINY ME!” and tell us…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … what you’re looking forward to AND dreading most about the holidays. Are you excited for chilly sweater weather but not so hot on blizzards? Pumped to see your family open their presents but nervous about the credit card bill? Or are thrilled for your family to visit but hoping they don’t overstay their welcome?
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, October 17th at 8pm EST or at 10,000 entries (whichever comes first)
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: One
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The United States & Canada
  • DISCOUNT: 20% off any holiday card order with code YOUNGHOUSELOVE20 (through Oct 17)
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winner will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday for the announcement of our winner. Good luck…

Note: We aren’t paid or perked for hosting these giveaways, we just do ‘em to thank you awesome folks for stopping in. See our Giveaway FAQ page for more info. Pics courtesy of Tiny Prints.

I am due with our first child on November 18th so this Christmas our card will serve as the baby announcement as well as a Holiday card… two birds!

    Can’t wait!

Signing up my daughter ski lessons, looking for cheap skis for me and pricing up the ski passes. Yep we are skiing this winter. I hope there is snow, finger crossed.

I am looking forward to a Christmas tree, but I am not looking forward to having to come up with gifts for some of my pickier family members who never seem to want anything (but giving nothing isn’t an option).

Looking forward to snow (I hope we get some, anyway!), but not so excited about spending Christmas away from my family this year. Oh well–we’ll see them for Turkey Day!

Tiny me! I always love and look forward to getting our Christmas tree. We drive up to a family owned tree farm to choose and cut our tree. We take our family Christmas card photo there. I love watching our family grow and change through the years through our photos.

What I don’t look forward to is the presents aspect. I always worry over whether or not people like what I give them.

I LOVE CHRISTMAS! And I love snow, and cold, and chili, and cross-country skiing, and seeing my family, and and and…

BUT, not looking forward to the major amounts of driving that we do for the holidays – Maryland->Michigan->Wisconsin->Michigan->Maryland. Yuck.

I’m dreading the ‘excess’ of the holidays – the ‘stuff’. We’re attempting to give ONE single gift per family member this year, which is much harder than it sounds.

TINY ME! My kids are adults with families, so I’m trying to find a house near snow that we can rent at a reasonable rate and celebrate Christmas in January. Their father and I would pay the rent as our Christmas present to them! I much prefer time together to presents!

Tiny me! I love baking and cozy nights by the fire with twinkly christmas lights, but i’m not looking forward to figuring out what to get my pre-tween kids this year. Also, the discount is only good through Wednesday or was that supposed to be through November 17th? I order from tiny prints most years, but there’s no way I’m getting the kids to let me take their picture and also put together a card in two days’ time!!

I look forward to Christmas carols and decorations and beautiful church services and Christmas concerts – AND PRESENTS!!! But I never look forward to my generous heart being stifled in the present buying department by having to stick to a budget. Which I usually fail to do, and then that is followed by a few months of financial anxiety. WILL I EVER LEARN???
