This giveaway can be summed up in two words (well, one’s technically just a letter): Z Gallerie.
The fine people at the big Z.G. have been very good to us (you may remember the kind birthday present they recently sent Sherry), and now they’re about to be very good to one of you. They’ve graciously offered up not one, not two, not even just three, but FOUR pieces of their collection to one lucky reader. And we can personally vouch for each item because (here’s our favorite part) they’re all accessories that we’ve purchased for our own home. Yep, consider it your own little Young House Love starter kit of sorts. It includes:
The Large Atlantis Clam Shell (which we use as a fruit bowl in our kitchen, priced at $45)…
…Sherry’s cherished white Ceramic Rhino (priced at $25)…
…and two, count ’em two, Lucerne Sconces (totalling $80):
That’s $150 worth of our favorite items from Z Gallerie. We had to buy ’em all (actually, I think every single one was a birthday present for Sherry at some point) but one of you is going to get them all on the house. My signature items are armoires. I have several (from PB to antique) and I love them all. They’re not just for hiding TV’S. I use one for all office, printing, framing, and crafting supplies. One for sewing supplies, one for my kids toys. They really anchor rooms I think.

The items that are most “us” are probably the black and white patterned armchairs (I think it looks like exaggerated tweed). We bought them a the same time as our chocolate microfiber couch and both the saleswoman and my new husband were dubious about them not “matching” and tried to persuade me into buying a set. I loved it and wen with my instinct; upon delivery, Paul said, “I love it – you knew it would look this good, didn’t you…?”

My signature piece is probably laser cut paper artwork I picked up in Agra, India — I love it and can’t wait to hang in my my new blue office!! The white paper with laser cut moorish tile pattern will look great against my dark blue walls! The white rhino would look perfect with all my white accent pieces and trim in that room!!
I also love my new mirrored buffet from Horchow… we just moved into our first place (a 1908 rowhouse) and am slowly starting to get settled!!
