So many book-hungry people out there! This giveaway hit its 10,000 cap within 24 hours, so we’re already back with a winner. The lucky worm is… Melissa (who keeps her favorite books in a bedside cabinet, a living room end table, and on a special display shelf in the family room. Our book release is officially here! Woo hoo! And we’re celebrating by giving away books this week. But not just our book. Lots o’ books. In fact, some of them will even come signed by some pretty awesome people. Woot! We’ve been gobbling up so many design, decor, and home books lately that we thought it’d be fun to share some of our recent faves from our library. BOOK ME! I stash books EVERYWHERE in the house. We have a huge built in in the basement, which is where most live. But all of my favorite cookbooks live in the kitchen and my very favorite books live in my study. That is, when they’re not perched on my nightstand.

I have books everywhere… I’m thinking of letting many of the text-only books (novels, etc.) go to Goodwill and re-buying them as e-books, in an effort to de-clutter. Home deco, craft, and cookbooks still need to be hard copy, though!

My current reads are usually from the library, so they have their own spot, and the book I’m reading now lives on my nightstand. I would love to add some design books to my collection, as I currently own none! (Though I’ve asked for yours for Christmas and I’ve dropped enough blatant hints that my husband should know I really want it ;-)
