So many book-hungry people out there! This giveaway hit its 10,000 cap within 24 hours, so we’re already back with a winner. The lucky worm is… Melissa (who keeps her favorite books in a bedside cabinet, a living room end table, and on a special display shelf in the family room. Our book release is officially here! Woo hoo! And we’re celebrating by giving away books this week. But not just our book. Lots o’ books. In fact, some of them will even come signed by some pretty awesome people. Woot! We’ve been gobbling up so many design, decor, and home books lately that we thought it’d be fun to share some of our recent faves from our library. BOOK ME!!! My favorite books get a place on the bookcase in the living room. There is a small stack, but I am hoping to make it larger soon as a bunch of my favorites I only have on the kindle. I want to purchase the hardback versions though.

We have a bunch of bookshelves in our apartment – one in each bedroom and one in the kitchen (for cookbooks, of course). Coffee-table books live on the coffee table or in the stands under the TV! And I also have about 30 books on my Kindle :)

Normally, my favorite books live on a bookshelf that matches the furniture that was in my bedroom. Since I moved a couple of months ago, the books are boxed up in the den awaiting the bedroom being painted! I miss them!

As of right now all of our books (including my Phd candidate fiance’s multitue of history books) are stored on a few boring book shelves in our great room.
