So many book-hungry people out there! This giveaway hit its 10,000 cap within 24 hours, so we’re already back with a winner. Our book release is officially here! Woo hoo! And we’re celebrating by giving away books this week. But not just our book. Lots o’ books. In fact, some of them will even come signed by some pretty awesome people. Woot! We’ve been gobbling up so many design, decor, and home books lately that we thought it’d be fun to share some of our recent faves from our library. Books are super important at out house. We built special built-ins around our fireplace to hold them. Plus bookcases in all the boys rooms and always a big pile next to my bed.

Book me! We recently moved into a new home–a real house!–and only the dedicated favorites came along for this ride. The remainder were either donated or given to friends. Hard for a lifelong bookie to do, but they still fill a couple bookshelves.

Book me! I like to read for a few minutes before going to sleep, so my current book is on my nightstand. I also like to read in the big chair in the living room so another book I’m currently reading is on the coffee table that is right in front of it. Yes, I am often reading more than one book at the same time. Most of our books are on two bookshelves in the family room but I believe in having books everywhere so the cookbooks are in the kitchen and we also have some coffee table books on the coffee table and then some others on side tables in the living room.
