So many book-hungry people out there! This giveaway hit its 10,000 cap within 24 hours, so we’re already back with a winner. The lucky worm is… Melissa (who keeps her favorite books in a bedside cabinet, a living room end table, and on a special display shelf in the family room. Our book release is officially here! Woo hoo! And we’re celebrating by giving away books this week. But not just our book. Lots o’ books. In fact, some of them will even come signed by some pretty awesome people. Woot! We’ve been gobbling up so many design, decor, and home books lately that we thought it’d be fun to share some of our recent faves from our library. BOOK ME! I keep my books on my nightstand/dresser (one and the same) under my lamp. Looks great visually and they’re within arms reach if I want to grab them for a quick read.

I have a Nook but I refuse to buy my design books in ebook format. So the only books I really have in hardcopy are those. Thankfully…designers know how to make a book look good to just sit out and enjoy! :) They add color to my coffee table!

We created a library in our guest room, inspired by http://www.makingitlovely.com, but we also have a small book shelf centrally located in our dining room for favorites and library books that come in and out of the house.
