So many book-hungry people out there! This giveaway hit its 10,000 cap within 24 hours, so we’re already back with a winner. Our book release is officially here! Woo hoo! And we’re celebrating by giving away books this week. But not just our book. Lots o’ books. In fact, some of them will even come signed by some pretty awesome people. Woot! We’ve been gobbling up so many design, decor, and home books lately that we thought it’d be fun to share some of our recent faves from our library. I have two built-in bookcases, one has really gorgeous detailing so I strangely put all my favorites in that one. And it has glass doors so it feels organized but looks super cute :)

What a great little collection of books this would be.
I just realized we have book storage in 7 different rooms of our 1800 sf house — all the rooms except the bathrooms and laundry room. Oh wait, I guess there is a stack of books on top of a cabinet in one of the bathrooms too. Don’t ever want the books to be too far away, I guess.

Books are all over our house, wherever they can fit! My desktop (it’s a secretary) is an impromptu shelf, as is one countertop, and a few “toy bins” in the kids’ room. Our whole family loves books, and there is rarely a space without them – except the floor, because books don’t go on the floor, as they might get stepped on, and that’s a cardinal sin here!
