So many book-hungry people out there! This giveaway hit its 10,000 cap within 24 hours, so we’re already back with a winner. The lucky worm is… Melissa (who keeps her favorite books in a bedside cabinet, a living room end table, and on a special display shelf in the family room. Our book release is officially here! Woo hoo! And we’re celebrating by giving away books this week. But not just our book. Lots o’ books. In fact, some of them will even come signed by some pretty awesome people. Woot! We’ve been gobbling up so many design, decor, and home books lately that we thought it’d be fun to share some of our recent faves from our library. BOOK ME!
My design/coffee table books live on a bookshelf next to my bed. I arrange them by color and loved-ness. I page through them and I take pictures with my iPad of fave spaces/ideas with a clear view of the page numbers so if I have an “a-ha!” moment on the run I can peruse my fave book pages and then reference the page when I go home. It has worked well so far! Would love to add those books to my collection!

I love books! Not just to read but for decorating as well! I love displaying a beautiful book on my coffee table (as I would do with these gorgeous books!) but I also have a big bookcase full of my favorite books! Another place I love to keep books is my Kindle haha! It’s so portable and easy! I guess what I’m trying to say is, books are awesome! :D

Right now we only have one bookshelf due to the move. It has half the books we brought with us from Ohio. The other bookshelf is still to be purchased once I figure out where to put it in the new apartment It will be Ikea’s Benno DVD shelf. My sister discovered they’re the perfect depth for paperback books, so that’s where my collection of sci-fi and mystery books will live!
When not safely ensconced in a shelf, my books can be found on pretty much any horizontal surface in our living space. :-)
