So many book-hungry people out there! This giveaway hit its 10,000 cap within 24 hours, so we’re already back with a winner. The lucky worm is… Melissa (who keeps her favorite books in a bedside cabinet, a living room end table, and on a special display shelf in the family room. Our book release is officially here! Woo hoo! And we’re celebrating by giving away books this week. But not just our book. Lots o’ books. In fact, some of them will even come signed by some pretty awesome people. Woot! We’ve been gobbling up so many design, decor, and home books lately that we thought it’d be fun to share some of our recent faves from our library. I have a bookcase, or two, or three. Filled with books in our basement next to my favorite rocker. Then I also have my Kindle… so we can safely say I like to read and I love books.

I have books just about everyone. By my bed, and a bookcase in the guest room, office, living room, and basement (not to mention the boxes my mom keeps asking me to pick up at their place). The favorites go on either on display in our living room or in our bookcase/headboard of our bed.

BOOK ME! I have a library (actually just a very large walk-in closet) right off my living room which stores many books. But I also keep books on some shelves in my living room and in the nightstand next to my bed, and of course, in my Kindle.

My favorite books “reside” all over my house, but for those truly special books (currently reading 3) house magazines (I’m saving for inspriation) and shadowbox materials (a project I haven’t gotten around to yet, with either child) I keep them in my beside table because I know my husband wont’ troll the area to “declutter!”
