So many book-hungry people out there! This giveaway hit its 10,000 cap within 24 hours, so we’re already back with a winner. The lucky worm is… Melissa (who keeps her favorite books in a bedside cabinet, a living room end table, and on a special display shelf in the family room. Our book release is officially here! Woo hoo! And we’re celebrating by giving away books this week. But not just our book. Lots o’ books. In fact, some of them will even come signed by some pretty awesome people. Woot! We’ve been gobbling up so many design, decor, and home books lately that we thought it’d be fun to share some of our recent faves from our library. BOOK ME! My books live in two places: a bookcase in my living room, and in a box in my parents attic because my current apartment is teeeeeny and we can’t display all of them at once. My goal for my future house is enough built in shelving to proudly display them all. :)

BOOK ME! Most of my books are in a bookcase in the master bedroom, except for a few lovely vintage ones that i’ve acquired over the years which are on display in the living room. Whenever I’m in the middle of a good book it usually sits on the desk behind the sofa where I can easily pick it up when I have a minute to read.

There is nothing more I enjoy doing than curling up with a good book. I keep my favorites under our glass covered coffee table (especially our home design books) so that I can return to them time after time when I’m lounging on the couch.
