Where I live, hardly anyone does DIY (labor is pretty cheap). That said, I’ve always found that having your own drill is necessary (cause you can’t always wait for a handyman to show up) and i’ve been dreaming of having my own cordless version to make drilling everywhere and anywhere much easier!
