Fab Freebie: A Splash Of Color

*** This giveaway is now closed – see who won below!***

After quite a color-filled few days here on YHL, random.org has selected our winner as… Daffodil (whose kitchen gets almost zero natural light, so she painted it a cheerful bright yellow). Congrats! And I think we have an idea of what color sink you might be choosing…

Jonathan Adler has been a big inspiration to us lately, especially as we learn to embrace more color in this house than our first one. And as excited as we were by his new color-filled collaboration with Kohler, we were even MORE excited when Kohler agreed to give one of you a new kitchen sink and faucet to the tune of nearly $3,000 in value. So what’ll it be? Do you want the poppy yellow apron sink for your kitchen? A cool aqua double-sink for your basement wet bar? Or maybe a deep single sink in navy? The choice is all yours.

Kohler Jonathan Adler YHL Giveaway

And since a sink isn’t much good without a faucet, Kohler’s gonna let you choose from three of their favorite styles in any available finish: the Purist, the Cruette, or the Simplice. Whatever choice you make, something tells me that doing dishes is going to be a lot cheerier around someone’s house very soon…

Kohler Jonathan Adler YHL Giveaway Faucets

  • PRIZE: A new kitchen sink from the Kohler Colors Featuring Jonathan Adler collection, plus a new faucet. A potential prize value of nearly $3,000!
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “ADLER ME!” and tell us…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … how are you currently bringing color into your kitchen? Did you pick a bold paint color for the walls? Do you like a vase of fresh flowers on the counter? Or do you often find that the most colorful thing in your kitchen is your latest culinary creation?
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, July 25th at 8pm EST or at 10,000 entries (whichever comes first)
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: One
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The United States (although we do try to wrangle as many international giveaways as possible)
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winner will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday for the announcement of our winner. Good luck…

Note: We aren’t paid or perked for hosting these giveaways, we just do ‘em to thank you awesome folks for stopping in. See our Giveaway FAQ page for more info. Pics courtesy of Kohler.

We bring color to our kitchen with bold red accents! Currently we live in a rental (although we’re hoping to buy soon! A new sink would be a great first project!) so we’re limited with what we can do. We’re adding pops of red with bright fruit and bread bowls and fun potholders!

This would be amazing! We just added board and batten to our kitchen, new paint in a nice neutral tone and a new drum pendant light over our sink. To add color, we’ve picked up some fantastic blue, yellow and green accents- blue curtains, a centerpiece with green, and art with all three colors in it. These sinks would be SUCH a cool accent.

I’m a renter so no permanent color changes for me. As long as I keep my ‘ocean’ colored le creuset teakettle on the stove and a few bright dishtowels around (yellow, usually), I’m a happy camper.

p.s. renter only for a little longer so a sink would be a great help :)

ADLER ME!!Moving into a new house in the fall. We have settled on a soft gery color with a light purple ceiling. Our accent color is a light yellow. I will incorporate light yellows and purples into the decor. At the center island, i plan to add a bright pop of color with stools that i will spray paint yellow and purple.

What a great give-away. Thank you. My husband and I have been trying to figure out what to do with our kitchen. It needs some updating and color pronto. We decided to paint the cabinets white and then paint the walls grey. We want to have red and yellow accents in the kitchen to bring in some much needed color. We’ll achieve that with some smaller appliances, canisters, some cookware and art. We then want to update the sink, faucet and countertops so this give-away is right up our alley! Thanks again.
