FABRIC ME! Well, my mom swears that when she named me that she had never met any other Ashleys… obviously the name really took off in the mid-80s and I have the same name as everyone else my age :) It doesn’t have any special meaning to my parents except that they both liked it!

They (the parents) were military and at different duty stations, so they also named their daughter Cheryl……several years later we lived close again, so it was Cheryl A and Cheryl L (our middle initials) to tell us apart. We are still friends to this day!!
