I am a Registered Nurse and love what I do, but if I could go back to school right now and earn a degree I would go to trade school to learn woodworking. My father was a wizz in the workshop and I think that I may have been given some of this creative genes. I love remodeling and working with wood. In fact, I have just finished staining and varnishing new moldings for our Powder Room. i find it fasinating that you can take an ordinary plank or two and cut it to make a dresser or cabinet. Power equipment doesn’t scare me. In fact, I often go to the basement and “play” with my husband’s when the needs arise. “SCHOOL ME!”
