Fab Freebie: Tool’s In Session

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – see who won below!***

And the random winner of lots of goodies from Liquid-Plumr is… Maria (who is actually applying for her PhD in global health diplomacy right now – a self declared “nerdfest”). Congrats!

Raise your hand if you’d like a $150 gift card to Home Depot and a 145-piece tool set? Okay, hands down. We can’t see you anyways. But one of you is going to score those supplies along with two of Liquid-Plumr’s latest clog-busting products. It’s all part of their Tool School, which puts Toolbelt Diva Norma Vally behind the teacher’s desk and includes how-to videos like the one below. Enroll now and you might just know what to do with all 145 tools that are up for grabs…

  • PRIZE: A $150 gift card to Home Depot, a 145-piece tool set, and Liquid-Plumr Double Impact and Disposal & Drain Foaming Cleaner
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “SCHOOL ME!” and tell us…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … if you could go to school to earn any degree you wanted right now, what would you study? Would you try something new and exciting? Or follow the same career path that you may have already taken?
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, January 18th at 8pm EST or at 10,000 entries (whichever comes first)
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: One
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The United States or Canada (although we do try to wrangle as many international giveaways as possible)
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winners will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday for the announcement of our winner. Good luck…

Note: We aren’t paid or perked for hosting these giveaways, we just do ‘em to thank you awesome folks for stopping in. See our Giveaway FAQ page for more info. Video courtesy of Liquid-Plumr.

    SCHOOL ME!

I graduated a month ago (today!) with a bachelor’s of business administration with a concentration in advertising, but I’d love to go for interior design or teaching!

If I were able to go back to school, I would get a degree in Social Work, rather than the “social-work-ish” degree I have now that does not allow me to be licensed but is essentially the same thing!

Actually, I’m starting a post-bacc program in spring term for graphic design (I’ve got a fine arts/writing degree already). That’ll be fun to juggle with my full time job. :)

    SCHOOL ME!

If I could do it all over, I’d get dual degrees in English and Education, and apply to teach at international boarding schools. It would be a great way to see the world when school’s out of session, not to mention the whole shaping kids’ lives thing…

School Me! This question is actually something I debate all the time. I’m a school teacher and I wonder whether it’d be more practical to go back to school in my field (history/politics/economics) or get my masters in education leadership which would allow me to become an assistant principal and eventually a principal. Cool giveaway! The hubby will LOVE the tools!
