Another vote for culinary school. I would love to get into molecular gastronomy (that’s where you experiment with cooking like chemistry to come up with some fantastic new foods and ways to deliver flavor). It’s pretty incredible stuff.

SCHOOL ME! I’m a grantwriter for a nonprofit, but if I could go back and do it all over again I would become a carpenter. Not sure if I’d need to go back to school or just apprentice myself to someone who could teach me the trade but there’s no doubt I’d rather be working with my hands rather than sitting at a computer all day.

That way I can get a job in close captioning and he able to work from home and set my own hours so I can spend time with my 2 babies and help my husband out.I’m a stay at home home and it’s hard when it’s only one income supporting the home. If I went back to school, I would likely go to law school. After my undergrad degree, I pursued a paralegal diploma to see if it was the right field fit for me and have been a paralegal for the last nearly 9 years now. I love my job, but often dream about still going to law school, you know, “for fun” :-)
