Fab Freebie: Tool’s In Session

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – see who won below!***

And the random winner of lots of goodies from Liquid-Plumr is… Maria (who is actually applying for her PhD in global health diplomacy right now – a self declared “nerdfest”). Congrats!

Raise your hand if you’d like a $150 gift card to Home Depot and a 145-piece tool set? Okay, hands down. We can’t see you anyways. But one of you is going to score those supplies along with two of Liquid-Plumr’s latest clog-busting products. It’s all part of their Tool School, which puts Toolbelt Diva Norma Vally behind the teacher’s desk and includes how-to videos like the one below. Enroll now and you might just know what to do with all 145 tools that are up for grabs…

  • PRIZE: A $150 gift card to Home Depot, a 145-piece tool set, and Liquid-Plumr Double Impact and Disposal & Drain Foaming Cleaner
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “SCHOOL ME!” and tell us…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … if you could go to school to earn any degree you wanted right now, what would you study? Would you try something new and exciting? Or follow the same career path that you may have already taken?
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, January 18th at 8pm EST or at 10,000 entries (whichever comes first)
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: One
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The United States or Canada (although we do try to wrangle as many international giveaways as possible)
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winners will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday for the announcement of our winner. Good luck…

Note: We aren’t paid or perked for hosting these giveaways, we just do ‘em to thank you awesome folks for stopping in. See our Giveaway FAQ page for more info. Video courtesy of Liquid-Plumr.

    SCHOOL ME!

Since I am currently a high school MATH teacher (tell your dad I said “Hi” Sherry, heehee), I would love to go back to school and get a degree in Interior Design! I love that there is still math involved (geometric shapes, measurement, symmetry, etc) but in a much different way that I currently use it :)

    Thank you for the chance!

If I were to go back to college I would most likely pursue structual engineering. I really love all the green processes that are being established now in building. I would like to be a part of getting local building codes up to speed with green building practices that currently are not in code.

Though my degree and career are in the legal field. If I were to go back to school right now, I would love to go to the trade school for either Carpentry or to be an Electrician. I love the hands on aspect and the fulfillment of seeing something you’ve done yourself. Carpentry especially would allow me to combine my creative side with my technical and mathematical side to create awesome work!
