Literally- it does. Hear me out for a minute. A couple of weeks ago we posted about our new Bissell vacuum, which virtually swept us off our feet (and actually sucked stuff off our floors). Well, thanks to the magic of the Interweb, that post actually caught the eye of the kind folks over at Bissell and after a few emails back and forth… tah dah! We managed to sweet talk them into a YHL giveaway. I am not sure if there is any spring cleaning we really set out to do. I will tell you that I rolled my ankle a month ago and as an avid hiker with strict instructions to take it easy, rest up, and stay indoors. I nearly went crazy for 3 weeks, in that time I reorganized all the dishes in the kitchen, the pantry, went through the file cabinet purging lots of old stuff.
Both the hubby and I would really like that pet broom!

Just bought our first home, a slightly older townhouse. Our Spring cleaning will involve installing all new windows, ripping out the basement, installing drywall and a new fireman bar for my fireman husband. All to the chagrin of our very shedding-prone cat. It’s gonna be a fun Spring. :)

We’re currently purging and organizing every inch of our little one-bedroom apartment to make room for our first baby (and his/her mountains of stuff!) coming in July.
