Everyone’s favorite modular carpet square maker is back for another giveaway, and this time it’s bigger and better than their awesome 2009 prize. Before we bought our house, it was definitely Fall. We live in New England and it is breathtaking here at every turn from September through November.
BUT! Since we bought our house two years+ ago, I have loved seeing Spring unfold in the garden and outside in general. It feels good to awaken from a long winter, with color outside and signs of new life everywhere…and all before the real yard work of Summer begins!

Spring is pretty cool because it finally warms up and you can start to open up the window throughout the house. Ahh, fresh air! But, it also bring muddy footprints into the house from our two furry schnauzer friends. So because of that, I like the month of June, halfway out of spring, halfway into summer. :)

I have reasons for seasons! I love the hot summer days because you can wear a cute sun dress and flip flops and you are considered “dressed up”. I love a roaring, warm fire on a cold winter night!
