Fab Freebie: The Bold & The Beautiful

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – scroll down to the bottom to see who won!***

We’re always on the lookout for new art these days (lots of empty walls!) so we’re excited to bring you this giveaway from Barcelona-based illustrator Judy Kaufmann. Her bold prints – sometimes colorful, sometimes stark – have a charming combo of simplicity and intricacy. Here are a few of our favs below, but you can of course browse more in her Etsy shop.

  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, February 2nd at 8pm EST
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: Two
  • PRIZE SHIPS: Anywhere in the world!

My husband and I are ‘renovating’ our new house. (It has the exact floorplan as your previous house.) In our den area I painted a Navy blue color on the walls. The first time I have ever used such a dark color on walls. ever.
    Thanks for the offer.

The boldest move I ever made was walking away from an opportunity from going to dental hygiene school and moving to another town (2 hours away) to be with my then Fiance. Best/boldest move I ever made.

    WE’RE BOLD.

My now husband and I met and fell into a passionate but ill-timed love just two weeks before I was to move 900 miles away for a job that I had already accepted. After a whole year apart and only a few flights see each other he quit his job, left his friends and family and moved to NH to be with me. To the shock and in some cases disapproval of our families we got engaged after only 6 months. We quit our jobs again and moved home to Ohio were we were jobless and broke for months. Despite the adversity we knew what we wanted and made it happen. His love completely changed my life in such a short time. He makes me bold. We couldn’t be happier.

(oh, and now my family LOVES him)

Having a baby….ok maybe not the bravest thing in the world, but it was a big lifestyle change for us. It’s kind of nerve-wracking, yet rewarding, to be responsible for another life.
