***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – scroll down to the bottom to see who won!***

We’re always on the lookout for new art these days (lots of empty walls!) so we’re excited to bring you this giveaway from Barcelona-based illustrator Judy Kaufmann. Her bold prints – sometimes colorful, sometimes stark – have a charming combo of simplicity and intricacy. Here are a few of our favs below, but you can of course browse more in her Etsy shop.

  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, February 2nd at 8pm EST
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: Two
  • PRIZE SHIPS: Anywhere in the world!

One crazy thing I’ve done: three years ago I agreed to attend a family reunion with a new guy friend who I just met a month previously (and who would, incidentally, became my husband a year later).

    I’m bold!

Once, after hearing a friend talking about her experience on a mission trip, I up and spent two months in Honduras. Best two months of learning ever, and it counted for college, too! (I should add-I’m still horrible at speaking Spanish!)

I stood up to my Boss about something he didn’t agree on. Since then he has more respect for me for standing up for myself and luckily I ended up being right in the end too (which helped for sure!).

Yeah, I’m more of an obsessive planner than risk taker, so “bold” does not exactly describe me. But, I went paragliding in Argentina when my husband and I were on vacation. Bold for me since I’m not a big fan of heights. Plus, we had to literally jump off a cliff which was the hardest part of the whole thing (me in my pidgin Spanish to the instructor I was going tandem with – “I apologize in advance for screaming…” :) ).

I moved to Spain for a year without considering where I was going to live. Played it by ear and found a great apartment.

Then I did the same thing when I moved to Mexico 2 years later.

Last year we made the bold decision to put our house on the market again despite a grand failure the summer/fall/winter before. Within 8 days we had a full price offer and now we’re in our as-forever-as-can-be house. SO glad we took the risk of disappointment all over again!
