I’m bold! I just finished a weekend of ‘cross-country’ skiing in the rocky mountains. There wasn’t much ‘cross’ about it – either all up or all down! So much fun, but scary at the same time!
I’M BOLD! I went blond! I’m so glad I took that leap…and, so is my Husband :)
“I’M BOLD!” and I’m always taking risks in memory of my father who taught me to never never never give up!

I’M BOLD! About a lot of things. I stayed in a tree house & flew a powered hang glider in Hana, Maui. – I painted my studio/second bedroom red on all walls & ceiling & affixed a large abstract art painting to the ceiling – I painted a 7 foot mandala over our bed – I hiked to Gold Rush graveyards in Alaska – I cooked (several times, different national cuisines) a 5-course dinner for 100 WWII re-enactors at Camp Roberts, CA – I climbed the great castillo pyramid at Chichenitza. – I married a man 7 years younger than me! I’M BOLD!
I accepted a job 2000 miles away from home, family, friends, or anything familiar. Now almost 2 years later, I’m about to move back because of a new/better opportunity, but I’m so glad I took this risk and got to experience life on the west coast, make some amazing friends, and enjoy all the finds on CL for the greater Los Angeles area.
I’ve walked over hot coals, spent time at Burning Man, gotten engaged to the most amazing man on Earth after only knowing him three months, and painted our library red.
When I was 18 I decided I’d like to live in Alaska for the summer so I found myself a job and a place to live and packed my bags up and moved away from everyone I knew. It was awesome and I’m so glad I had the faith in myself to take such a big leap!
I’m BOLD… but not today… feeling under-the-weather. Could use some BOLD art to make me feel better :)
When I was studying abroad in Paris two summers ago, my friends and I spent a day at the Louvre. Upon leaving, we were walking across the Seine and while on the bridge I spied a guy who looked JUST like Jason Biggs. We were all still jet-lagged and giggling like schoolgirls trying to figure out whether or not it was him. We actually passed by before I turned around, marched back, and inquired “Excuse me, are you Jason Biggs?” I’m glad I did, because I was right! He was super nice and his fabulous, gracious wife took a group picture of us with him!
I’m bold and recently chopped off my hair that was past my shoulder blades to something a bit longer than a pixie cut after thinking about it for a few hours. :]
I’m Bold! And loving the House and Birds print. An example of my boldness? Traveling to Paris with my then-boyfriend-now-husband only 2 months after starting our relationship!

The boldest thing I’ve ever done is backpacking through the mountains of Colorado for a week- really roughing it- none of that sissy camping stuff!
and I was brave enough to get divorced.
I moved across the country to a city I’d never been before and didn’t know anyone in.
Or apparently I’m not so much because I can’t think of anything that I’ve done that can be considered really bold ! :-)
I left a great job in Georgia to move to Massachusetts with no job lined up, and to go from a long-distance relationship to moving in with my boyfriend – so, really, two big extremes. It was a pretty bold move for me, considering I was really comfortable in my line of work, and used to be a bit of a commitment-phobe. I’m happy to say we’re doing really well, and I found a job after just a week of searching!

I’m bold! I’ve gone skydiving, chopped off all my hair, and quit a job that wasn’t making me happy with the hope I’d find something better. Thankfully, I did. :)

I traveled around South America by myself without speaking any Spanish.
I’m BOLD! I painted my tiny bathroom metallic purple. Not lifechanging or even remotely fascinating, but bold in my book.
Invited a guy that I’d met at a wedding and had been emailing & talking on the phone (’cause he lived several states away) to come visit. He did, which maybe makes him bolder. We will celebrate our 4 year anniversary this May.
IM BOLD! I moved across the country with my now fiance after only dating for 7 months! Everyone said we were crazy! Crazy and in love! We have been together now for 5 years and couldnt be happier! We cannot wait to exchange our vows in September 2012.
I’m BOLD. I painted my living room purple, eggplant purple, and we all love it! Very rich and classy.

I’m Bold – but not really. somehow having kids kind of took some of the boldness out of me. Wait- does having two kids make me bold? I THINK SO.
Paragliding off a cliff near the Swiss Alps was probably my boldest move to date.
Well, maybe not *that* bold. But I did used to “shave” my own head with clippers, and I made the first move with my man!
I moved over 5,000 miles this summer to go to graduate school!
I’M BOLD! I guess the boldest thing I’ve done so far was to travel in Europe by myself a few years ago. Very fun!
I’m BOLD!! Bought a house as a single female….and have become quite the DIY-er, landscaper, etc since….
I’m Bold! I went to Europe by myself when I was 20. I would kind of like to go there this afternoon by myself too :)
