In the winter time, our foyer (which I painted a dark chocolate brown) gets so dark. Our front door is solid, so I’d love to replace it with a new door that has a glass panel in it. We have a ranch that was updated and has curved windows on the front. I’m thinking a modern door would work. Do you have any suggestions? (I realize that this is a giveaway post and you may not get to read every entry, but I thought I would try.)

We are in dire need of an office redo in our home. The office is a beautiful navy color, but we recently had to move a black bed into that room, making it a guest bedroom/office. Though I’m game for repainting, my husband doesn’t want to change the color. So I’m stuck trying to figure out how to incorporate black and navy. It can look chic, but how do I pull it off in that room, and on a budget? To make matters worse, I hate the desk and filing cabinets in there, so I’m pretty much starting from scratch, if I can afford to get rid of the desk set-up we already have. I NEED this gift card!!

We have a couple projects that I plan to work on yet this year. #1, finish the nursery. My husband and I are expecting our first baby in September and I have kind of hit a mind block when it comes to the nursery decor. #2, before the winter I would really like to remodel our bedroom. We have a story and 1/2 home, and the slanted ceilings pose more than a bit of a problem when it comes to positioning storage furniture such as dressers etc. #3 I would love to find the ever-elusive “perfect color” for our living room. The boring off-white is no longer my friend
