Does the name La-Z-Boy immediately make you think of a big ol’ leather recliner? It did for me. So color us surprised when we learned they’ve actually got a pretty darn extensive line of furniture – including sofas, loveseats, ottomans and even accessories in modern patterns and fresh colors. The kicker? They’re giving one of you $1,500 (yep, a grand-and-a-half!) to spend. I’ll take a seat! My heart skipped a beat on this one :) When it’s nice I love to sit out on our deck and read a book, eat lunch, play cards with my kids, whatever. It is so peaceful and relaxing. I try not to look at the weekds growing in the garden and just enjoy it.

I’ll definitely take a seat! My favorite kick-back-and-relax activity is unwinding with Mad Men on Sundays with my mom! I’ve been living at home since I graduated in May 2010 and went on to get my MBA and am currently studying for my CPA (it’s safe to say I’m SICK OF STUDYING!). But I’ll be moving out mid-June and will be needing some comfy cozy chairs for my new apartment. Luckily, I’ll be moving close enough that Mad Men Sundays with my mom won’t be going away!

I’m super psyched for this giveaway because my husband and I just moved and we have absolutely no furniture for our current living room. We’ve stolen an odd couch from the basement and are using a folding table as a TV stand while we save up for a sectional. But this would be awesome!
My favorite sit-back-and-relax activity involves knitting, my dog (Bo), Jimmy Buffett music, and a glass of wine. Odd mix, but it makes me ridiculously happy.

It’s so hard to pick a favourite sit back and relax activity. Between work and workouts, I love to hang on the couch next to my hubby and browse my fave blogs (like YHL), play a bit of Skyrim, read a book or catch up on our TV shows (Castle, Cougar Town, Modern Family or New Girl). The latter two are best when they end in a couch nap – BEST SLEEPS EVER!
Also, this is all happening in our living room, on our EXTREMELY uncomfortable futon at the moment, as our family room (with the comfy couch) is torn apart and awaiting an electrician before we rebuild and re-floor.
