Does the name La-Z-Boy immediately make you think of a big ol’ leather recliner? It did for me. So color us surprised when we learned they’ve actually got a pretty darn extensive line of furniture – including sofas, loveseats, ottomans and even accessories in modern patterns and fresh colors. The kicker? They’re giving one of you $1,500 (yep, a grand-and-a-half!) to spend. That’s enough to pick your favorite piece (or two or three!) and pair it with your favorite neutral, bold, or graphic fabric. My favorite chair-based activity is multitasking: watching TV while catching up on blogs on the iPad while paging through a decor magazine while holding a snoozing ferret.
We went with La-Z-Boy for our living room furniture, a custom sofa and two custom chairs. It wasn’t cheap by a long shot – the hubs has an unerring eye for picking out the most expensive fabric option – but they look great!
