Fab Freebie: Pick Your (P)age

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – see who won below!***

First off, thanks for all of the birthday wishes everyone. Second, random.org has selected our winner as… Lee (who just turned 31 and is so far happy with it). That’s good news for us too, since we’re both staring down at 31 now. Congrats Lee!

Guess what today is? Sherry’s 30th birthday! And to celebrate, Crate & Barrel is gonna give one of you a Benjamin to spend for every decade that Sherry’s been alive (that’s $300 in case your math skills are in a post-lunch slump). And that’s not the only thing Crate & Barrel is giving away these days. They’re also in the midst of their Pick Your Page sweepstakes where one winner will score all of the items featured in any spread from their new Spring catalog. That could earn you up to $15,000 worth of crate-y, barrel-y goodness! So feel free to pop over there to get in on that giveaway too.

Crate Barrel Pick Your Page

  • PRIZE: A $300 gift card to Crate & Barrel
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “AGE ME” and tell us…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … if you could pick your age, what would you magically like to return to (or travel to the future for)? Would you love to be 11 again? Or would you give anything to relive your early 20s? Maybe you just can’t wait to settle into a relaxing retired life in your 60s or 70s?
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, March 21st at 8pm EST or at 10,000 entries (whichever comes first)
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: One
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The United States (although we do try to wrangle as many international giveaways as possible)
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winner will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday for the announcement of our winner. Good luck…

Note: We aren’t paid or perked for hosting these giveaways, we just do ‘em to thank you awesome folks for stopping in. See our Giveaway FAQ page for more info. Pics courtesy of Crate & Barrel.

    AGE ME

I like what the previous poster wrote about that last year before junior high! It feels like I brought too much stress on myself between 13 and 27 worrying about my looks and if I was cool and having the best stuff. Now I seem to be reverting back to that young mind where I love myself more and embrace my flaws! Bring on the 30s!

AGE ME! I don’t know if I would relive any age (maybe college years to be more social this time around), but I am 29 and am kind of looking forward to being out of my twenties – I still don’t feel grown-up…

AGE ME! I’d go back to 8, which was a wonderful, innocent age, or ahead to 60, which I expect to be as wonderful as age 8 was, but for different reasons! Kids finally on their own and settled, and not working myself to death…

AGE ME! I am 23 but have always had a “thing” for the age 27. Maybe because it’s my lucky number? Not sure, but I feel like 27 is a perfect age when I’ll be married, settled and ready to start makin’ babies. What could be better? :)

Oh, and happy (late) birthday Sherry!

i really loved being 17 for the most part–enough freedom, not too much responsibility, best shape of my life, etc. but i’m pretty pumped for 35 (if that’s random enough…) to see where i am in 7 years…age gets less scary the older i get =)

    happy birthday, sherry!!

AGE ME! I know it sounds corny, but I actually wouldn’t change a thing. I think being a mom and being 32 is a great time in my life–I’m more comfortable than I’ve ever been with myself and who I am. On second thought, I might fast-forward to June when I will be finished with my dissertation! Almost. done.

I can’t pick an age! Awesome memories and looking forward to so many things in the future. I might say go back to 28 -as that was a year where none of my friends or I had any real concerns… or fast forward to retirement & grandkids =)

They are always going on fun date nights, taking lots of trips, and having great dinner parties. I’d trade all my 20-something angst about career and the future to be where they are! 50’s here I come!

I’d like to go back to my early 20’s & do some things different. Although that might alter my current life, so I don’t know if I’d be willing to actually climb in that time traveling machine. :)

Happy Birthday, Sherry! I turn the big 3-0 in August. Let me know if it’s worth the dread I’ve had for the past seven months. I keep telling my husband (who turned 30 in December) that I’m going to be 29 and holding for at least the next five years.

AGE ME!! I am 31 and wouldn’t mind being 20 years older now. My daughter is only 8 months old and would love to take a sneak peak at how she looks as an adult and how she has matured. Plus that means our house would probably be an empty nest and my husband and I can do the traveling thing.
