Fab Freebie: Light Up A Room (& Board)

We were so pumped when Room & Board wrote to us about doing a giveaway. Their furniture and accessories are practically the epitome of the clean-lined, comfortable-yet-sophisticated, natural-material-ed (?) aesthetic that we love. And while there’s plenty to ogle over on their site, one of their Galbraith & Paul pendant lights is officially up for grabs. There are a wide variety of graphic pattern-happy designs, so follow this link to hunt down your favorite (and we completely understand if you get sidetracked by all of the pillows while you’re there).

    I would love to add some light to our master bedroom. The current light fixture is ugly and doesn’t give off enough light.

    I would love to illuminate our dark den/living room!!! I love spending time in that room but I hate the dark lighting!

    I”M BOARD!

    I would love more light in my closet/bedroom – the closet is big enough for things to get lost when its dark out, and my bedroom light doesnt quite cut it.

    I’m BORED and if you could pick any room in your house to magically be more illuminated and full of light it would be our bedroom. We are in the process of buying a house, and if we get it I would love to light up the hallway more, but well see if we get the house or not :) and if ill be doing any lighting changes…

    I’m Board!

    I wish our second bedroom had more light because it’s about to be converted into a nursery and I’d love for it to be more cheery. There are two windows but neither of them get great light and the ceilings are slanted so it feels like a much smaller room than it actually is.

    I’M BOARD

    We definitely need more light in the living room! The room isn’t wired with any light switches, and there’s only one outlet (the house is over 100 years old!), so we’ve got 2 tiny little Ikea table lamps, and that’s it!

    I’M BOARD. My husband’s office (he works from home) is in the basement. No windows and flourescent lights on the ceiling. Gross.
