Fab Freebie: Light Up A Room (& Board)

We were so pumped when Room & Board wrote to us about doing a giveaway. Their furniture and accessories are practically the epitome of the clean-lined, comfortable-yet-sophisticated, natural-material-ed (?) aesthetic that we love. And while there’s plenty to ogle over on their site, one of their Galbraith & Paul pendant lights is officially up for grabs. There are a wide variety of graphic pattern-happy designs, so follow this link to hunt down your favorite (and we completely understand if you get sidetracked by all of the pillows while you’re there).

    I’M BOARD! I wish our tiny little hall bathroom (our only bathroom) had more light… With the sun shining in, perhaps our towels might actually DRY!

    I’M BOARD!!!! I want to light up our dining area. Its where we spend a lot of time with our kids doing art projects and working on letters and coloring. It would be great to have better lighting in there.

    i like the one with the orange-ish plant spriggy things. i would put it in my new imaginary guest room that is inspired by the house crashing from the other day. also these designers are in the new issue of Stitch that I just picked up the other day! Yay!

    I’M BOARD! i have been looking for something similar to go in our dining room, which currently has a huge, old ceiling fan. we just bought our house and updating it has been a slooow process (sure you guys can relate!) and this would help out a bunch!

    I’M BOARD! I just had recessed lights installed in my living room. There literally wasn’t a single light in the whole room! But now that’s all lit up, I want a pretty pendant for my dining room please!

    with our modern kitchen light fixture which doesn’t fit with my warm kitchen theme. Wanting to design a DIY banquette complete with pillows and cushions would love a R&B light fixture to make it pretty and clean, with warmth and color.
    Love our R&B chairs in our bedroom.

    I AM BOARED…I WOULD LOVE A NEW LIGHT FOR OUR BEDROOM SINCE WE TOOK THE OLD ONE DOWN TWO MONTHS AGO NAD HAVENT PUT ANYTHING BACK UP!!

    I would choose to magically illuminate our kitchen, because the counter space is off in a poorly lit corner, which makes chopping things pretty difficult!

    I’M BOARD! A fun new light fixture would be just the motivation to get the hubby to wire the living room for more light. One floor lamp isn’t cutting it. :)
