We were so pumped when Room & Board wrote to us about doing a giveaway. Their furniture and accessories are practically the epitome of the clean-lined, comfortable-yet-sophisticated, natural-material-ed (?) aesthetic that we love. And while there’s plenty to ogle over on their site, one of their Galbraith & Paul pendant lights is officially up for grabs. There are a wide variety of graphic pattern-happy designs, so follow this link to hunt down your favorite (and we completely understand if you get sidetracked by all of the pillows while you’re there).

I’m BOARD! My poor dining room would love the addition of one of these pendant lights. My husband I just bought our first house together and are in the process of painting and re-flooring. The dining room is at the front of the house, and while all of the big, gorgeous trees are great, they block a lot of light to the one window of the dining room. Luckily, we changed out the “ketchup and mustard” paint/wallpaper theme for white beadboard below and a light grey paint above. A pendant light would be perfect in there! Love your blog and am drawing all sorts of inspiration from it.

Oh my gravy, my entire house is so dark, but my first choice would be my bedroom. It’s so dark that I can’t find matching socks in my dresser drawers, I have to grab handfuls of loose socks and take them to the bathroom and spread them out on the floor to find a pair. It’s terrible.
