Fab Freebie: Light Up A Room (& Board)

We were so pumped when Room & Board wrote to us about doing a giveaway. Their furniture and accessories are practically the epitome of the clean-lined, comfortable-yet-sophisticated, natural-material-ed (?) aesthetic that we love. And while there’s plenty to ogle over on their site, one of their Galbraith & Paul pendant lights is officially up for grabs. There are a wide variety of graphic pattern-happy designs, so follow this link to hunt down your favorite (and we completely understand if you get sidetracked by all of the pillows while you’re there).

    I’m board!

    My sister introduced me to this site and she just found out today that she is having a baby girl, (note: my family already has 4 girls and 1 grandchild-girl, we are cursed!! She doesn’t want a baby shower or gifts, but I’d love to give her one of these lights which could be the focal point of her first babies nursery!

    I need to brighten up my living room! I moved into my new place and have yet to get any form of light for this room, especially since I use it all the time!

    I’M BOARD!!!

    I just bought my first place, and it’s full of track lighting that makes it cold and industrial. My dining room/kitchen are on the dark side, and the track lighting makes me feel like i’m on stage on open mic night!

    Our down stairs hall closet has no light in it and no light near it…makes finding shoes a bit hard once the sun’s set.

    I’m board! I want the red smokebush. I love it! For some unknown reason, my walk-thru closet (ala Carrie Bradshaw) has no over-head lighting and this would be perfect! Gimme!

    I’m BOARD!!!

    Our master bedroom really needs some lighting help, it’s a big room, but only gets afternoon light and there’s a tree blocking the window. But if I won this light it would go in the dining room since it’s exactly what I’ve been looking for!

    I would definitely brighten up the little nook I use for my home office. The light from the living room and adjacent hallway is just not quite enough.
