Two bathrooms for sure (three kids and when I’m pregnant I spend most of my time in the bathroom :P) Hardwood floors and an indoor laundry room! Mine is currently in a “shed” attached to our house, I can barely move to get the clothes from the wash to the dryer. And I’m sure on my husband’s list would be a nice big yard to garden and have bees in. One day… But at least I have a roof over my head now! :)

If I had to do it over again, I would probably pay much more attention to the property lines and
landscaping of the property. I was so thrilled to find a good house — and it was in the midst of a
3-foot snowfall — that I barely looked around the backyard. I’d prefer a property with more
level land rather than the sheer cliffs I’m dealing with now!
