My honey and I have two kind of frivolous must haves for our future house buy, but they are requirements to us nonetheless: space for a theater room be it a basement or bonus room (my honey is a bit of a media lover), and space for a library (one appropriately sized wall is fine) including library ladder (I’m a bit of a book lover).
