My “must have” is just to be able to afford a home. I don’t care if it’s small, old, and smells like formaldehyde..errr..maybe not the last part. But just having a house to call home and make my own would be a dream come true.

A non-negotiable for us is something we thankfully currently have – tall sink/vanity in the master bathroom. Anytime I visit somewhere with lower vanities (common in older homes I think?) I’m so grateful that my 5’9″ self and 6’4″ husband don’t have to bend over with our heads below our stomachs to wash our faces and brush our teeth!
