This winter my husband finished our basement. Before it was 700 sq ft of concrete floors and a “laundry area”. Now it’s an office, a bedroom, a bathroom, a finished laundry room with plenty of storage, and a huge livingroom fit for some built-ins and a sectional (a relative of karl perhaps??). He’s done such a great job, and everything by himself including the electrical, plumbing, and drywall. The only negative, is there is so much dust in our house. The whole house screams “SPRING CLEAN ME”!
