We recently purchased a home that had been heavily smoked in and rarely cleaned for 30 years. People would come in a comment on the gold paint color and we had to explain it was not gold, but off-white paint that had been covered in nicotine. After a month of me scraping layers of nicotine and dirt off every surface and my incredible husband slaving away priming with a nasty oil based primer and painting a gorgeous tan, our home was finally ready to live in. Now my job is simply to keep it clean on a daily basis and I would love some great products to make that happen!
