I’m desperate to clean my entire new house! I’m in contract with the sellers of a 1952 rowhome – and although it’s well kept, it’s 60 years old and will definitely need to be scrubbed up for the new owner – me! Settlement is May 2nd! First things first, full gut/renovation of the kitchen (it still has the original 1952 ceramic sink!), and refinishing all of the hardwood floors within the first few months (the floors are maple!).
