I grew up in Alabama swimming in lakes and rivers and pools all the time but the older I get the more I have become more of a sit-by-the-pool-and-dip-in-whenever-I-get-too-hot kind of girl. Now I’m aware of the jellyfish and alligators and snakes! Ok pools are still safe enough but you know what I mean.

Water all the way baby! I loved jumping into Lake Michigan as a child. My 2 year old is loving her swim lessons and the picture with the two girls, one holding her nose, would be too cute in her room.

Let’s Go Swimming! I love the water. My mom stuck us in swim lessons as soon as she possibly could. She’s does not know how to swim, and is afraid of the water. Guess she didn’t want that for her kids. And as soon as my son turned 5, I put him in swim lessons too. He loves it1
