Even with a best friend who was Division 1 swimmer and a husband who loves swimming, I could never get the gist of it after countless lessons from both. I’m not a big swimmer, but lounging in a pool on a hot day is just bliss. Sidenote: spent my honeymoon in Hawaii where I first learned that my husband hates nothing more than the water. I can hear him screaming “I’m drowning! I’m drowning!!!” whenever I look at the pictures. Hilarious, he will probably shudder looking at these beautiful paintings. :)

I love swimming. I swam competitively as a child and in high school. I played water polo competitively in high school and in college. I currently coach an age group swim team, swim 3 times a week for exercise and play on a masters water polo team. Swimming is a HUGE part of my life.
