I’m a terribly swimmer (very bad form) but I love it so. It’s always hard during the winter to talk myself into going to the pool and being cold and wet, but now that springtime weather is upon us, I’m really looking forward to daily laps again.

LET’S GO SWIMMING! I love the water…my favorite way is a day in the canoe with my husband on a local river, relaxing while he fishes! I also used to lifeguard and teach parent/infant and children’s swim lessons. We are expecting baby #1 in a few weeks, and I can’t wait to introduce her to the water!

I’ve always loved being in the water, especially as a kid. Our family cottage was on a lake and every summer I loved swimming allll the way across to the other shore, turning around and swimming back allll the way back (with my dad in a boat beside me just in case something happened).
